A SOVEREIGN OWNERSHIP & ECCLESIASTICAL GOVERNANCE

• Sovereign Property: The Redeemed Table Advisory Firm is the exclusive property and an active extension of the Heavenly Government of God. While operating in compliance with necessary natural business registrations, the Firm’s ultimate equity, operational framework, and systemic laws are structurally tethered to, and governed by, the High Court of Heaven.
• Jurisdictional Authority: All strategic interventions, forensic timeline reviews, and final advisory decrees are executed under this celestial jurisdiction. The Firm answers directly to the authority of the Righteous Judge, and all client interactions are overseen by this divine administrative backing.

By accessing this website, purchasing a service, or engaging in a consultation with The Redeemed Table Advisory Firm (hereafter referred to as "the Firm"), you (hereafter referred to as "the Client") explicitly agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational protocols.

1. NATURE OF SERVICE & COVENANT ALIGNMENT

• Strategic Spiritual Advisory: The Firm provides private, case-by-case spiritual forensic audits, strategic timeline reviews, and structured consultations operating strictly within a biblical framework and under the principles of the Courts of Heaven.
• Faith Foundation Requirement: The Client explicitly acknowledges and declares that they are a confessed, born-again believer operating under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. The Firm retains the absolute right to refuse or immediately terminate representation for any individual found to be out of covenant alignment with this requirement.

2. ONBOARDING & PAYMENT PROTOCOLS

• Upfront Billing Fees: All fees for the Relational Diagnostic Audit ($250 USD) and the Advisory Consultation & Verdict Brief ($750 USD)   must be paid in full upfront via our authorised payment processor (Stripe) before any service, review, or scheduling occurs.Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the custom, immediate nature of spiritual forensic research and time allocation, all payments are 100% non-refundable once the registration or intake questionnaire has been submitted

3. CASE-BY-CASE DELIVERY & BOUNDARY STRUCTURE

• Definitive Closure: The Firm operates strictly on a "one-and-done" advisory structure. A consultation consists of a single, highly structured 90-minute virtual session. Upon the adjournment of that session and the issuance of your final Brief, your file is marked as RESOLVED & CLOSED in our systems.
• No Ongoing Counselling: The Firm does not provide open-ended therapy, text/message phone calls, or ongoing emotional counselling. Any further separate matters will require a brand-new application, intake fee, and file registration.

 4. ABSOLUTE PRIVACY & RECORDING FIREWALL

• Strict Confidentiality: To protect Client identity and maintain operational security, all discovery data and consultation environments are strictly confidential and protected under mutual non-disclosure.
• No Recording/Transcription Rule: The Client is strictly prohibited from audio-recording, video-recording, or transcribing any portion of the consultation. No written transcripts will be provided by the Firm.
• Breach and Penalty: Any attempt by the Client to use external devices to secretly record audio or generate third-party transcripts constitutes a material breach of this contract. A breach will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, permanent blacklisting from our global network, and full legal liability for damages.

4. ABSOLUTE PRIVACY & RECORDING FIREWALL

• Strict Confidentiality: To protect Client identity and maintain operational security, all discovery data and consultation environments are strictly confidential and protected under mutual non-disclosure.

5. INFILTRATION & DECEPTION LIABILITY

• Malicious Entry: Any individual entering this platform under false pretenses, using an assumed identity, or acting on behalf of a hostile third party (including but not limited to narcissistic oppositions or unauthorized investigators) will be immediately exposed to corporate contract penalties.
• Immediate Severance: The Firm reserves the right to instantly cancel any account, seize any submitted data, and permanently ban any IP address or domain associated with deceptive or manipulative conduct.

6. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW & LEGAL DISCLAIMER

• Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Queensland [context].
• Professional Services Limitation: The services provided by Angel Honour Faya and The Redeemed Table Advisory Firm are purely spiritual and strategic in nature. They do not constitute, nor are they a substitute for, licensed secular legal counsel, certified public accounting (CPA), human resource arbitration, or professional medical/psychological therapy.

Client Autonomy: The Client retains full, exclusive executive responsibility for establishing and enforcing their own natural boundaries, relationships & or Business changes, or practical life decisions following their consultation.

The Redeemed Table does not offer any guaranteed outcomes nor do we take responsibility due to the nature of the service. Our service  not only relies on delivery but on client participation once appointments have concluded. It is essential clients re enforce the Vertical Verdict Brief & Decree Verdict. Jesus won the victory on the cross our job is to re enforce that verdict.
